OR stands for Own Recognisance. Person should be trustworthy with no previous criminal record and someone you would trust to show up for court dates without exeption. They must also be trustworthy enough to comply with bail conditions such as no alcohol or drugs

why would the jail call you house? maybe as a reference? ir maybe they asked you to be responsible for this person if this person didn't show up to court dates? is this for a minor?

u . s . has administration over what Mexico does with their prisons? this is the 1st time i've got heard that.... i assume u . s . is making an attempt to be extra like the "bigger guy or woman" or hence "bigger usa" via no longer permitting ourselves to hunch the decrease ranges of alternative worldwide places....or via attempting to revert our undesirable judgements.
