You are right within the healthy weight range-actually to the light end of the heatlhy weight range.
Check out the website below; at the bottom you can enter your age, height and weight and it will show you where your weight is on a medically accurate growth chart.
Edited to add: You're still growing and balancing out. You need to wait until you're at least 18-20 before your body will settle into its adult shape.
Don't forget that you're also starting to develop hips, breasts and other curves which may make you think you look fat because you're not used to the sight of curves or of your breasts standing out on your chest.
Next time you're due for a check up with your family doctor, ask them to help you plan out a way to stay within a healthy weight range while also learning healthy impressions about your growing body and how it looks.

You are not fat or overweight. Weight charts that show proper weights according to height say that people who are 5'4" can be anywhere from 114 to 151 and be considered healthy.
Check it out at... http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm
I know that's a wide range - but it depends on your frame. So as you can see - you are at the VERY BOTTOM of the chart. There is NO WAY you are fat. In fact - if you are "big boned" - you really should gain some weight. Now - if you're feeling that your stomach is too big or your thighs or whatever - you can alter that a bit by exercising. But you are not FAT! And if some goofy kid at your school told you that - they are WRONG!!!

NO. Anything you consider fat can be toned into buff or stealth just try doing more of you favourite exercise walking ,running and for the best all round body tone Swim. This creates nice smooth muscle as opposed to weight work which gives you a more bunched up muscle sort of knotty ,so smile. At your age part of the fat will disappear as you grow. If you have stopped growing oh well don't worry it's whats inside that counts. Cheers

115 at 5'3" or 5'4" is a HEALTHY weight. If you don't like how you look, eat healthy and find an activity that you like to tone you up a little bit. Don't diet or worry about it.

No you are definitely not fat. If anything you are on the thin side. Please don't get the wrong idea about your body image and begin to think of yourself as overweight when in fact the opposite is true. Perhaps you just need to tone up but your weight is fine.

115 pounds is NOT overweight for anybody unless they're in the lower 4' range or lower in height. I'm in the 5' range myself, weigh about 100 pounds, and I'm WAY UNDERweight!

You are 5 pounds underweight.
You are at a very vulnerable age for developing an eating disorder. When I was your age, I developed anorexia and bulimia. It has taken me 14 years to heal, and let me tell you, I was not thin the whole time. When you have an eating disorder, your weight is rarely steady.
I would speak to a counsellor before your perception of yourself becomes an eating disorder.

Good to be concerned. While you are not fat now, make sure you take steps not to become a fat slob as you get older. Go take a look at your mom, if she is fat then you will likely get fat. But you can do something about it.

115lbs at 5'4'' is in no way overweight. To keep from becoming overweight, however, you should stay AWAY from sugar, soda, and things with corn syrup in it. As always do eat lots of vegetables and fruits. White chicken meat is also okay to eat (not fried chicken!)
