Don't jog. It's bad for your health. The guy who thought up jogging died of a heart attack while out jogging. Either walk briskly or run. Anything in-between (jogging) puts a strain on all your internal organs because of the repeated pounding up and down. You don't get this when walking or running.

If you are an aspiring athlete, I would suggest that you get a running coach. They are brilliant at getting the best out of your stride by using posture and breathing techniques. The difference I have seen in people using this sort of tuition is amazing. They go from stiff, to relaxed. And from then on they make it all look so easy!

Try running in the same style as Paula Radcliffe, but then you'll look like Noddy. Or if you don't feel confident jogging try "Power Walking"

OH it is hard!! HARD!
I have been told many times I look like a duck when I run. Someone told me to suck in my stomach (Which is actually toning it as well!) and pull my sholders up high (Like if I was one of those dolls held up by strings.. if you can get my visual) and make sure my head doesn't go forward.
Works good for me for the first 15-17mins... after that I'm to pooped to care what people think! haha

Stay balanced, keep your shoulders down and move your arms in a forward motion to increase your forwards momentum and don't bounce, you want to go forwards not take off!!

Suck in your stomach, keep your shoulders back and dont lean forward like youre running up a hill.

keep your hands in the front, straight to your elbow. and run slowly. as you go, move your hands one by one going up and down.
