Well, it depends on how he really felt about you, how long you were together, etc.
But, I can tell you this....Women grieve differently than guys. Girls cry and sob and get it all out at the beginning of the break up - whereas the guy holds it all in and just kind of moves on and doesn't really deal with it right away. He will eventually "grieve", just on his own time table.
You should try to be happy regardless if he wants you back or not. You need to move on and see what else is out there for you. There are a lot more chapters in your life to discover!

Just be you and find some new friends .Breaking up is never easy and never will be ! By pretending you are doing good does him a favor so he can move on ,but not yorself . Just wallow a bit with ice cream and a good movie . A good talk to your girlfriends and then you will feel better too!

If it is not making you happy, than it does not matter at all. You should not have to pretend! Do you want this guy back? If you broke up with him, or him with you...move on!

Might, but why would you want to be back with someone that left? Best advice is to go on with your life, be happy with yourself! You will find someone that wants to stay and be with you for the right reasons.

Depends on the guy. It doesn't always work but the ignoring part is good because the last thing you want to do is look too needy. Keep up the good work so far!!!

Nope. Dwelling and wishing back an ex makes things worse. Spend some time grooming urself, or take a mini vacation to get ur mind off of him/her. It sucks i know, be strong!

It's like the Aesop's fable of the dog in the manger -- he mey want you only because he doesn't want someone else to have you. He's threatened by you being happy without him.

I still want my ex wife back...even after 12 years. But....she left me and the children....I raised them both on my own. Men can be resiliant. He MAY not want you back. Ever think about that prospect ?
