Can I sell without credit card and bank account?

I want to sell some books from my website.The problem is that I don't have a credit card or a bank account.What can I do?

You can ask for cashier check or money orders as form of payment.

Then I don't think you will be able to sell. Perhaps you can put the account under someone else's name (family member or friend) and get the money back from this person.
