stay away from the diet pills. Most of them work, but do harm to your body. You may not see the harm now, but who knows later on.

You shouldnt use any diet pills you should instead watch what you are eating, make good choices and make sure that you are eating enough fiber! Also, boost your work out with an energy bar or something like a luna bar or cliff bar, I eat mine about 20 mins before I work out and it gives me that extra boost I need... also drink lots of fluid, water specificly, drink your 8 glasses a day, it makes such a difference and its the water that keeps you from getting really hungry. Also, when you want a snack try the 100 calorie packs, they are very good and not to much for you at the same time.... also, try to eat some small snacks throughout the day including veggies and fruits!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:
Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
You can read a good article about how it works at:

none,,, thats why they include a diet plan with the pills, if you want to lose weight.. take a muti vitamin everyday, eat right, exerise, certain foods can boost the metabolism, like oatmeal and proteins

a thermogenic might be the better way to go if you're actually working out....do a search on them or try something called 'hot rox' made by biotest
theres two variations of them and the one with yohimbine in it is better as it ups the blood circulating to your limbs.....only thing is if you order it to Canada you may have your package searched and disposed of at the border as yohimbine is an illegal substance in Canada

I would not take any diet pill. They are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. It could interact with any other medications you are on!!!
