First you have to get give her hints your interested. Ask her about her heritage and her country. Also take her out to dinner and really get to know her culture. Family, Customs, Geography..etc. I would approch her after class and see if she wants to go out sometime. There really is no plus or minus in this situation. iI dont think speakingthe language is so much a plus, that doesnt speak for his personality. He could be a real *** and still speak the language. Go for it, if you dont youll regret it.

You may really like her, but looking at the circumstances it wouldn't be a good idea, it could ruin a friendship, she is leaving in two months so once she is gone you are going to be stuck there with your mad friend and she isn't going to be there! Let her go, there are plenty other fish in the sea!

She's leaving it two months what are expecting to do?

Ask her out...what's the worst that's going to happen? She says yes, bonus you have some fun and she's gone, if she says no, now you don't have to worry about it.
