there is no such thing as healthy FAST weight loss. 1-2 pounds per week is all your body can handle. Unless you are extremely obese which I doubt. Healthy diet and daily exercises is the only real way to loose weight. To keep weight off it takes a life style change. Being over weight didn't come over night and it takes the constant effort and hard work to not get back in that spot once you get it off. A sad fact, once you get a fat cell you can never get rid of it. You can shrink it down to nothing but its still there and when you eat bad that fat cell is trying to grow so it will attack any excess fat you take in. good luck and don't ever buy in to any quick weight loss schemes. they hurt your body and actually cause a negative effect in weight loss.

I lost 14lbs in one week after doing the cabbage soup diet. That was over a year ago and it didn't come back on again. I had a lot of excess weight around my waist and it was gone in just seven days.

Previous to this, I exercised rigorously three times a week and ate very little, but could never lose any weight. This and the following eating habits is what finally worked for me:

Eat smaller meals every two hours as it helps to keep your metabolism going.
Have healthy snacks in between meals i.e. fruit, oatcakes, etc. Eat lots of fruit and veg.
Eat lots of the following foods as they burn up more calories digesting than you actually consume: asparagus, apple, beet, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, oats, onion, orange, papaya, pears, pineapple, spinach, turnip, zucchini. Avoid fast food.
If you're having rice, potatoes or pasta, then have just a small portion.
Make sure you are drinking enough liquid i.e. at least eight glasses of water, herbal tea or unsweetened juice each day. (Sometimes if we have pockets of fat that won't shift, it is due to not consuming enough water/liquid).
Avoid sugary snacks, avoid sugary drinks and don't drink too much alcohol.

I am afraid it is not healthy to lose weight very fast. The recipe for weight loss is suprisingly simple though: Eat less, exercise more.
It is best if you first talked to your doctor about your current and ideal weight and found out which types of exercises would be suitable for you. Fasting and heavy exercise without proper conditioning can be REAL harmful.

Have a sensible 1500 calorie diet that includes lots of fresh fruits and veg. Drink lots of water. EXERCISE!

If you starve yourself, then your body will hoard the fat and not burn it. Exercise is the best way. Start walking/jogging, doing crunches and working with light weights (2-b lbs.) everyday. You should see results within 2 weeks (depending on your metabolism, you could see results in a week)

i am not going to be mean like the other people saying put down the fork fork and exercise try asking a doctor. join l.a weight loss. curves or any other fitness club. exercise!take a daily jog then ur problem will be solved
