Yes. How long has it been? Be honest with the people you talk to. I got this place 6 years ago, it was 6 months after an eviction. I had to pay a little extra deposit. You may have to pay dep, 1st and last months rent. I had two offers, even with my eviction.

Yup, very possible.

And guess what, since you can't be trusted (as demonstrated in your previous eviction), it will COST you big time (as in big security deposit or a FOOLISH co-signer) to entice a landlord to deal with you.
