The pronounciation for "Master" in Chinese is either "Shu Fu" or "Da Shu" (great master), in Japanese, it's "Teishu".

Although "weapon master" is not a common term, but in general it can be translated into "Wu Chi Da Shu" in Chinese or "Bu Ki Teishu" in Japanese.

Well, I only know Chinese, I don't know the "fancy" words, but I know that in MANDARIN (it's probably different in other dialects) master is (as in if your apprenticed) shi fu.

Weapon is well, too broad. As far as I know, qiang is spear, qiang is gun (different stress,) dao is knife, jian is sword, jian (different stress) is arrow, gong is bow, shiao dao is dagger (literally little knife).
