What can you say? If you're talking to god and he sneezes, you're going to get blown like 3 blocks down the road.

Or I'd say Gesundheit like I say to anyone who sneezes.

If god is so powerful, I'd think he'd have enough power to prevent sneezes or sickness.

I would think that "bless you" would be appropriate.
I would not think that God would get a cold and sneeze

That would never happen because in heaven you have no pain,viruses,discomfort or anything like sneezing.It`s a perfect heaven.Looking forward to going.

I think I would just say Health be with you, such as in other cultures who use that ie German "gesundheit" means to be healthy and in Spanish "salud" means health.
