they "come back" if you're not taking care of your hair, its not like an illlness, its just broken hair, try not to break/damage your hair, take good care of it, don't rub when you towel dry, (just pat it) and don't brush too much or too hard, and don't use heat styling on it too often, and no, theres nothing to do to "repair" the split end either, cut them off. take better care of your hair in future

The only way to get "rid" of split ends is to cut them off.
There are products out there that sort of bond the split back together, or make it look less rough at the ends, but really the best way to have your hair cut.
Excessive brushing, curling, blow drying and straightening will cause split ends.
Invest in a good rich conditioner, that should help some! Good luck!

Your hair is only healthy from the inside. it's also how you treat your hair.
Never use any heat on your hair, condition your hair with an oil treatment about once a week. Get a trim about one inch or less off your hair once a month.
Never brush your hair when it's wet, only comb.
Never comb your hair when it's dry, only brush.
I use Jojoba oil on my hair on most days when I want to style it.. meaning put it up in a pony tail or something.. I never use heat.
100% jojoba oil is good for your hair, give it a try.

cut higher up your head to trim off more of your spoilt hair. Then get a trim every 6-8 weeks, condition, and use a hair mask each week!!! A self-made mayo mask is effective AND cheap-just leave it on dry hair for 20-30min, wash and shampoo,then....TADA!!!:)

dont use so much product. Your hair sounds damaged. Use something like a deep conditioning treatment and/or go a day without blow drying, curling/straigtening your hair. Don't even put gel in it that day.
Your hair needs some extra care

if you use curling irons and blow dryers and color your hair, that would be the reason they come back. get a treatment from a drugstore for dead ends and apply abotu once a week. theres other products you can apply daily only to the ends so your hair doesnt end up looking greasy.

cut them off once every three months they will grow faster and your hair will stay healthy. I mean trim it don't cut alot of it. I trim my hair once every six months and it stays healthy and long. You can also go to a salon and ask them how too keep your hair healthy but it's going to cost you.

keep your ends trimmed. dont brush your hair while its wet if you do already, and dont keep combing ur hair because that can cause split ends too. and try to keep your ends tucked under like in a ball or something (sometimes).
