What is the correct way for my feet to land whe nI run on the treadmill? I am a short distance runner and I land on the balls of my feet and my heels never touch the ground. I was curious as to know if tis is what's giving me shin splints.

In what way should my feet hit the ground? Heel first, or ball first?

Running on a treadmill will give you shin splints faster than running outside because there's more impact. Try running outside, the ground absorbs more shock.

running too much for your skill level is probably whats giving you the shin splints try doing a different cardio activity for a few weeks
