nahh, darlin' don't worry about it..
There's nothing at all wrong with just being shy..
The world doesn't need any more social butterflies, you know?..
Personally, I am not a social butterfly.. I am not a people person.
I dont like a lot of people, there's nothing wrong with me, or you.
Don't worry about it, it's all good..
It's different kinds of people that make the world go 'round..
If everyone was the same, people would sure as h*ell be boring.
Dont fret..

Not at all, and I speak as someone who is not a people person. However, others will sometimes see us as aloof or arrogant, because we don't care to be around people a whole lot. You just have to be prepared for that.
Not being a people person is another way of saying you are an introvert...more comfortable with yourself, or small intimate groups (for a time) than large groups of people...and often are comfortable completely alone. Don't feel the "need" to be around people.

Not at all. As long as you recognize that about yourself and are okay with it, you'll be just fine.
I'm something of an introvert, myself. I tend to keep to myself in social situations, maybe because I'm shy and awkward around a group of strangers. People tend to view me as arrogant, rude, or snobbish simply because I'm not a Type A personality. And I really don't care...

It's estimated that 20-25% of people are introverted which includes me and apparently you.
Not needing people so much gives many people a greater ability to focus and, in fact, many actors, musicians, scientists, inventors, artists, scholars, writers and theologians are introverted.
So, no, you're completely fine

No, because we all have different personalities, but at the same time we should know how to adjust our personalities to suit different encounters we have with people and treat them with respect just as we would want to be treated.

As long as it doesn't cause you to miss out on life, then there is nothing wrong with it. I have a friend who claims the same thing but he won't go anywhere unless he knows everyone there. He misses out on so much because of one stranger invite. Poor thing! He always regrets not going with us later on, but its too late to do anything about it.

No - Some people are and some people aren't. The ones that aren't usually feel uncomfortable & left out in certain social or public situations, but that's just how it is.
