I think the best religion is the one Jesus told us to follow. I think the worst religion is the one that is talked into the ground and yet not followed. Therefore all religions are the best or worst depending upon the person who is the example of it.

I'm sure your a Muslim, I am too so salaam. One thing I've learned to never do is compare religions, it brings out the evil in people. For us, Islam is best. For Christians, christianity is the best. For Jews, Judaism is the best. I find it better to keep what good i have and leave the rest be. Life goes alot smoother without the competition.
Asalaam wa Alaikum.

I do not think you can categorize religions as "best" and "worst." Each person finds their own salvation in a religion for their own reasons. So although following Catholicism for one person may help them be a better person and help them through their trials in life, it may not speak to another person. And so they find a religion that does speak to them. Who are we to judge which is the right and which is the wrong way because right and wrong are relative.

The best religions are those that foster universal compassion. Do a Yahoo search on the words 'Agape' and 'Karuna')
Better still would be a religion that you graduate from at some point, in terms of practice.

Christianity is best; becuase it's about a relationship with the true and living god.

And any religion that encourages idolotry, multiple gods, or says homosexuality is okay are the worst.

All religions are the invention of man. You see, religion is man's search for God. Christianity is God's search for man. It is a personal relationship with God not unlike marriage.

All religions require it's followers to do, or perform, certain things. In Christianity there is nothing that can be done to earn God's favor. God gives it free to all who ask. It's called mercy and grace.

Peace.

I wonder if I'm wrong in saying this, but isn't it true that all "Religions" claim to be doing God's Will?

And don't all"Religions" say they are all "God's Children" ?

If they truly follow Gods Will and Respect God's Children, then we wouldn't need to think about this question.

I can't really make a distinction between "best" and "worst", because I've only been an adherent to one religion.

But if I had to pick one for the best? Philosophical Taoism. Google it to find out why, because I still don't have the capacity to explain it.

Worst? Christianity, considering what it's doing in the United States and its bloody history across the world.

all religions are both good and bad. all have their good points and all have their not-so-good points. to classify a religion as "the worst religion" would be arrogant, as would it be to classy one as "the best religion."
