Lots of British people visit the United States, and I bet if you go to Florida during peak season it is more likely to be packed to the rafters with British families!

I have been to the US quite a few times. I can't drive so am limited to the big cities although I have Greyhounded a few times. I've been to New York City, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Charleston WV, Atlanta, Savannah GA, Wilmington NC, Charlotte NC, Dallas, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Denver, Seattle, Portland OR, and New Orleans. I have friends in WV and GA so I visit there from time to time.

I would say the main cities for British tourists are Orlando and New York City, although I was in San Francisco just a couple of weeks ago and there were looooads of British people around.

Oh course we do. When I went I visited Florida, because of the massive theme parks and the space center. I think that is the most popular destination because most of my friends who visited the USA went there.

Yes, I've been. Should have gone to Florida with my British friend who lived in Kansas but she was taken ill so I ended up going to Kansas instead...in January...and for the first weeek it was hotter there than it was in Florida!
