my old english bulldog has been on clavamox (125 mg) for almost 3 weeks anybody else with similer situation?

the dog had pneumonia earlier with a skin infection but those were cleared up?
the dog is 4 months old

An antibiotic is to be used up completely. If your dog was prescribed the antibiotic for X amount of days, he should take it until it is used up, so the infections don't come back.

If you're concerned, give your vet a buzz and see what he says.

It's the same with humans. Even if the infection appears to have cleared up, you should finish the course of antibiotics as directed by your doctor.

yes i have the same problem. but i make sure i take it to the vet regularly!
