Nikon .NEF file, raw file and Photoshop?

I have some photos taken by Nikon D200, they are named .NEF, how do I open them with Photoshop?

Grab the RAW update from Adobe's website. Here's the exact link for Photoshop for Windows: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=39&platform=Windows
