They will if you over do it and you have only just started exercising. Ask the gym for a plan of exercises. You will ache until you get fitter and then you won't ache so much. Also, make sure you warm up and cool down stretch that way you will avoid getting yourself an injury.

Happens to me too. My friend, who is a personal trainer, says that I'm not cooling down / stretching enough at the end of my workout. She also said that I need to have Lucozade or a sports drink afterwards as this prevents the build up of lactic (I think it was lactic) acid that causes the aching. Apparently, this should solve the aching. As for the wobbling, well, that should fade once your body is used to the exercise.

Very common. When you first start working out it happens. It may take awhile to get use to but the aching is a good thing. It's working. Keep up the good work!

This guy's performing aggressively, no remember if that's sexual or no longer. It's normal 'cos you're just not in shape yet. You need to warm up thoroughly beforehand and for a while, only do half of what you think you're capable of!
It'll get better - good luck!

It just means you have burned up most of the sugar in your blood so its nothing to worry about. Try taking an isotonic sports drink to have during & afterwards.
