Emergency help....what are spanish fly sex drops? are they harmful?

to people if you drink them? .... I have drank it with wine without knowing, please help what to do?

Usually, they are not really spanish fly. They are simply meant to give you more confidence ;-)

The warnings are meant to make you beleive of their astounding magical powers...

it is cantharidin, an irritant poison. can kill in fairly small amounts.
