Believers adhere to a strict code that is not their own. So if others don't adhere to it they feel the need to urge them to adhere. That would validate the believers' decision.

Because many read part of the scripture but not all of it. There is part that says judge the sin not the sinner. But it also says, judge not lest ye be judged. I think people tend to misunderstand that judge has more than one meaning. To judge can mean to ascertain or identify. It can also mean to find fault or perfection in. If you do not descern what is a sin or identify sin then you may fall into the same pattern of behavior as the person who is perpetrating that sin. However, you should not condemn someone for committing a sin because there are none of us without sin. Before you can clean up your neighbors yard, you have to tend to your own.

There are believers and there are unbelievers, and there are judgers and there are nonjudgers. Which are you?
If there were no god, there would still be believers. If it said in the Bible, do not judge, there would still be judgers. Okay?
The whole world is full of everybody, okay?
If you are being unduly judged just ignore them. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

If you read the questions and answers here, you will see that non-believes judge just as much as believers do. It is part of human nature.

What would a non-believer judge a believer of, whether or not he's going to hell? Makes no sense.

"Judge not, lest ye be judged." Those that judge you are acting like casual Christians. It is not our place to judge anyone, because none of us are worthy of God's forgiveness the way it is. We are simply here to educate and spread the word of God's saving grace.

well that depends on your definition of Judge....if the bible says its wrong and you do it and a christian says what your doing is wrong based on what God said they are not judging you...god judged the action wrong. most people say they dont like to be judged because they were caught doing something wrong...when the bible says not to judge it says do not decide for yourself what is right and wrong and make a judgement against what god has already decreed

Believers are to judge as to what is sin and what isn't. Many times what people call judgeing is not judgeing at all. Many times what is called judgement is actully discernment.

your "?" is jaded.
Are your guilty? Have you been judged?
We all make judgements, all day long, everyday. Even Me and Even You. Be careful not to Pre-judge. Your Prejudice is evident in the "?"
