In Lynnwood, Washington is a place called Sparta's their #17 (its sausage, peperoni, and mushroom) it is the most unique pizza I have ever had
in Keystone, South Dakota (near Mt. Rushmore) is Big Time Pizza, I don't know what they do to their pizza but it is euphoric (when we were there they said they have people that fly in there just for the pizza, I BELIEVE IT!)
In Bakersfield and Santa Barbara California it would have to be Rusty's Pizza must be their thin crust and have easy sauce though... while you are at it try their potato wedges mmmm mmm mmm
Have a GREAT day!

Pineapple with light sauce on thick crust from Pizza Hut preferably.
