this reminds me a party i went to when i was around 5......anyway the kids had their own table, and there was this one girl who wouldn't eat her meal (i think it was pizza).....so an adult came over and asked her what she might like, "do you like chicken nuggets?" 'no'; "do you like burger?" 'no'; "do you like chips?" 'no'.....

there was a collective gasp around the table that i will never forget.

Not always. Oven chips give me indigestion. Bad chips taste horrid.

But well made chips are OK now and again.

My son in law does not like potato's, and that includes chips. He will out of politeness eat a few, but he does not enjoy them, He likes other junk food, so he is completely normal.

Do you mean chips as in french fries or chips as in potato chips? Actually, it doesn't matter, I love both !

I would imagine them health freaks dont like chipped potats.
They would sooner go for chipped parsnips or chipped carrots or some other crap.
