Yes I do think that kids here in the US try to grow up too fast. Congrats to you -enjoy being a kid, there is plenty of time for grown up stuff later.

I say you are absolutely right. Wish I knew a way to change some of these things but it takes all parents working together and we need to take that great babysitter the TV away more often. Especially censor some of the shows they watch. Also we should stop giving them everything they ask for and teach them to earn money to buy things they want. We can blame a lot of it on ourselves.

Yes, absolutely. They act and look like they're in their mid-20's and haven't even finished high school. And more and more aren't!
And don't worry about kissing yet hon. I didn't have my first kiss until 16. And I was way behind all my friends in that department.

I'm perfectly happy being a kid. i mean, i know girls who lost their virginity in junior high. It's disgusting! I agree, some american kids do try to grow up too fast

Yes they do, much too fast. At the age when they are beginning to think about dating now, we will still playing with our dolls.

well when all people see when they watch tv is sex sex sex then that's how they end up wanting to have sex that's why kids are growing up so fast it also has to do with your environment
