Ok, I have a crazy schedule for work and I don't always have time to eat healthy. I usually run thru a fast food restaurant on my lunch break.. So, I was wondering what are some good tips to eating healthier with an insane schedule. I'm not always home the night before to pack my lunch.. Thanks! : )

Products like Slim-Fast and Ensure provide balanced nutrition. Add an apple or another source of fiber and you should be good to go, even if you don't have time for a real meal. Eat a decent meal when you can. This is not a perfect plan, but its better than being a fast food junkie.

Being a vegan does not must always take extra time than being an omnivore. If you are at the move, path combine, dried fruit, or sliced vegetables are continually well choices. I'm obsessive about Larabars, those fruit and nut bars that are available a number of yummy flavors. When I wouldn't have alot of time to cook dinner, I'll make adequate rice for a few days. One day I'll steam a few vegetables and upload a couple of spices to the rice. The subsequent day I'll make a fast stir fry, or rice and beans...the choices are unending, and so fast and effortless!

What my mom does is just have a container ready and just pore salad into the contain and bring salad dressing on the side. And sometimes as a snack she brings a snack bag of cherrios to tie her over til lunch so she don't have the erge to go and get something out of the vending machines.
