If you are referring to epididymitis, or however it is spelled, then No. If you crushed your testicle, you most likely would pass out from the pain. However; with epididimits, your testicle can swell up about 3-5 times it's normal size and cause excruciating pain. I had a relative who had this happen, and they had to x-ray the testicle while he was passed out from morphine. Extremely painful, but usually is caused by an infection or a clogged vessel.
