Can I bring Ipods, laptops, any of that?

Yes, you can bring all of that.
On some flights, depending on the destination, you can bring liquids.
The best thing to do is check the website of the airline - They will have a list of things you cannot bring as well as size requirements for carry on luggage. It all varies by airport and by airline.

You can bring all of that. If you are traveling domestically in the US you can bring one carry-on suitcase and one "personal item". For the TSA's list of permitted and prohibited items check here: http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm
If you're traveling through Europe or the UK you can only have the one carry-one bag; put your electronics in that. Check the British Airways website: http://baa.com/

When i was on one in June people had them on there. But since then i heard that you couldn't. But who knows...maybe you can. Check out the list. Or call the airport
