I disagree. I went on a dating site last March. I found Diane on that site. She is wonderful and everything that I could have ever dreamed of in a partner. Furthermore I don't think I'm a loser. So,there you have it.Once in awhile you just get lucky.I did,and have nothing against dating sites.(of course I was only "on the market" for about a week before we found each other.

I think there may be some decent people, but I think there are a lot out there who aren't honest. I mean how do you know if they are the age, sex, etc. that they say they are. I think it is better to just know someone in person.

No there are decent people on those site you just have to search through and weed out the bad ones. Believe me there are plenty that are bad, but there are good people. Try eharmony.com, match.com, or the yahoo personals.

It will depend on the dating site...there are DEFinitely decent ppl online along with losers... I was very picky. My husband found me that way. try Udate and be picky about wanting say Nonsmoker No amimals, certain signs etc

No, it is just like everything else, you have to keep looking, until you find the right one, that also applies to watermelons, and other fruit.

That's very possible...I wouldn't do the whole "on-line dating" thing for a million bucks...to me, it just seems completely desperate..
