I remember well my child hood events. but not able to remember the recent events. faces,names. Is the memory related to the age or the desease condition. Any psychological treatment is required or medicines available.

its a very common occurrence and very simple one too.......
you remember your childhood because you want to because it is full of events you want to keep in mind but now it seems you are stressed.do meditation and yoga that would definitely help.

Nice question,U remember ur child hood bcus I was recived by you without stress.Now with stress it is obvious to forget .so try this process,write the event with date.with some description data.and fix it on a paste board and put the paste board at a place where u spend most of time when u relax.

u may forget some times due to lack of intrest. You visualise the recent events. visualise the face of the person and tell the name often.Some times it may be due to age. So go on occupying your mind By reading and writting. It can see the tremandus results

1 - if it is about missing events then make a habit to attach event with some thing which u really like/remember.

2 - If it is about missing names try to make some funny name instantly.

3 - If it is about missing objects, then plz tell me the solution

Go to a library, pick up good books on 'improving memory'. there are lots of mental excercises which can improve memory. However there are no short cuts or instant solutions.

i think it is cos of lack of interest . . .anyways i will suggest u few tips .. always ask questions to ur self for eg . . .where am i suppose to go ? where did i go now ? whom did i meet? like this . . . this very soon will get practised and also helps in remembering or recollecting .
