As soon as I fill the gas tank up it immediately starts running smooth again ? Any Ideas?

Your gas gauge could be off. I have a truck that says I have 1/4 of a tank and that is when it is empty.

Yup could be a malfunction gas gauge but also can be sign of a fuel pump going bad or the fuel filter may be getting plugged. I know Dodge recommends replacing their fuel pumps every 100,000 miles. The reason is the fuel filter is in the tank at the bottom of the pump assembly and as long as you have to take the pump out to service the filter why not change the pump :(.

try changing the fuel filter.. if it still does it, it may be the fuel pump starting to go out..
