I really fancy someone who i am quite good mates with. We used 2 always have a laugh together in lessons and used 2 flirt quite alot, but then he didn't sit next 2 me so we didn't really get 2 talk. When we used 2 sit next 2 eachother, he would tickle me alot, touch my leg occasionally and would catch my eye-contact lots of the time, but he would still go on about his girlfriend quite alot. The other day i was in town and he spoke 2 me even though he was with his girlfriend (who i don't know so she could take it the wrong way). Then i happened 2 see him again (we weren't close enough 2 speak), but the person i was with said he was staring at me. She seems 2 think he likes me because of the staring and because he spoke 2 me. Then today (2 days after i saw him in town) he had 2 sit near me and 1 of my mates in the seating plan and the laughs we used 2 have continued. Whenever he spoke 2 us about his girlfriend, we would listen and then i would sneakily fit something 2 do with me and a male into the conversation (eg. mention meeting up with some male friends at the weekend). Whenever i did this, he would butt into the conversation if he didnt hear properly or if he did hear he would not say anything atall. What do u think? Any advice?

Because we used to talk alot, i know that he was seriously hurt in a previous relationship by someone who cheated. And ages ago when he told me that, he also told me that he would never cheat because he knows how it feels, and instead would finish his girlfriend if he liked somebody else.....does that mean he doesn't like me (even though he seems to like me)? or that he does but wants to get 2 know me better? or does it mean something else....and what?

Well, he might very well like you, but he might not think that you like him back. You just need 2 ask, if you weren't going out with your girlfriend would you go out with me. And he might not like you, he may just be a very flirty person. Hopefully he does like you if you want him to!
Good luck

Let me get this straight.

You and fellow flirter have the hots for each other. Fellow flirter has already installed gf#1 and you know this.

Now from this whole situation, what do you want to happen???

a. Fellow flirter with gf#1 already installed installs gf#2
b. You (gf#2) becomes the "other woman"
c. Fellow flirter with gf#1 already installed uninstalls gf#1 to install gf#2
d. You (gf#2) become the "breaker-upper"
e. You (as yet uninstalled gf#2) get smart and see this is a no-win situation for you and stop this infatuation flirtation and move on and find an available flirt-mate.

yes he probably cant make his mind up as he hasn't finished with his girlfriend to be with you. I would steer clear otherwise you could end up getting a slap off his girlfriend!

If he's not single you should stay away from him. Even if he likes you, if he will cheat on her, then he will cheat on you. If he ends his current relationship, then and only then should you pursue him.

what makes you think that if he starts dating you he won't be flirting around with other gals too? I'd be careful...I don't think he knows what he wants.
