What are you like 6 years old or what? Grow up. Get off the crack and clean yourself up, then maybe you'll stop seeing "transparent worms".

This could indicate a problem with your sinuses. If you see squiggly lines like and get dizzy and stuff, that could mean you have some other things going on. Getting dizzy when you sneeze could be a sign of brain swelling, or fluid on the brain. You should see your family doctor, also let them know if you are haing headaches, vision problems or excessive thirst, those could be signs of diabetes.

Those are actually tiny particles of dust or so swimming in the eye's Anterior chamber, if you really make your eyes almost closed and look at some light and blink while you're almost eyes shut you could also see those too, the eye acts like a big lens and when adjusted at the correct focal length you'll be able to see them again !
