I've just started enjoying buffalo meat.
You can find it at Wholefoods. It's a lot like beef, but is supposed to be more nutritious and more tender. I can vouch for the tender part-- it's a great meat to cook, as it's really hard to screw it up. A good buffalo tenderloin with either bearnaise sauce or simple butter and salt and fresh parsley... yum!
Of course, the tastiest of all meat is BACON!! Everything tastes better with bacon. :-)

I know seafood isn't generally classified as "meat", but I love the taste of crab legs and shrimp when they are prepared nicely. Hubby grilled some awesome pork chops this weekend, though, so they'd definitely come in a close second!

I'm more of a crab person myself, but then it would be chicken, beef and then lamb. Can't say I've ever tried goat.

I'm not too fond of lamb or lobster, but love chicken, pork, beef, venison. Goat is wonderful, especially cabrito (kid, pit roasted). So is bison (buffalo), ground or steaks.

All of the possibilities sound great but I can't resist bacon! The smell of bacon, the thought of a BLT, can perk up a dull appetitie any old time.
