It seems to me, that most of the people I discuss religion with, express many doubts about their faiths (or at least admit there is a possibility they are wrong). Even many Atheists would admit that a God-like being is a possibility (however unlikely). Does this mean that most of us are actually Agnostic leaning toward one way? I apologize if this seems disrespectful to anyone. I am honestly asking, not trying to make a point.

((I posted this question recently but was told responses had been removed.))

To an extent I am because I do not participate in organized religion but believe in a "larger" entity than me; however there is never any solid proof in a higher being

It clearly depends what you mean by the word agnostic. In the strict sense that you can never disrpove anything then we are all agnostic about everthing including whether or not we will float through the air on the way to work this morning.

However in the same way that I know that pink unicorns do not exist I also know that god does not exist, call it what you will but I think atheist is the more correct term.

It is all a question of faith. Either you do or you don't believe.
Your believes have more conviction when you have had a personal experience with God. God is not something you put on a shelf, He has to be part of your every breath in order for others to see that your are a true believer. There cannot be Christians without other Christians, we need exemplary Christians models to emulate. Their way of life encourage us to believe.

you may be right. a lot of people (especially of the christian faith) are afraid to admit that they question their own faith, it's human nature to follow the herd. if you're told that the christian bible is the law of laws for the duration of your entire life, it's difficult to get past that, even if you do have doubts.

kudos for your capability to think outside the box.

No. I am an Atheist and there is no possibility of a god to me.

It is impossible to know if we are correct in our thinking. All we have is hope.
