I woke up this morning with 2 knots underneeath my chin. I didn't have them there before i went to bed. I didn't bump nothing, or anything.One knot is in the middle underneath my chin, and the other is kinda on the side. And they are both real sore. any suggestions what they might be??

Good morning, dear. You may have a couple of infected/inflammed lymph glands that herald an infection. Try putting a hot compress on them and use ibuprofen or tylenol for the pain. You might also have a couple of infected hair follicles there but if it came on suddenly probably Not. I would suggest you go to your doctor or local clinic and have them checked out as you might need antibiotics to clear them up. Good luck.

If they are firm and movable, they are lymph glands. Acute lymhadenitis has to be treated with an antibiotic.

mumps? Take your temperature and if you have a fever call the doctor it could also be your lymph node and you could be very sick

i am not a doctor-but it sounds like swollen lymph nodes possible
due to tooth or other oral infection- just a guess - i read a lot of medical
literature.

as it's not Acne, and we all hope it's not cancer....so better ask a real doctor....and don't losen up on check'n your self, even if they went..
