THE OLDEST and best is to use TOOTH POWDER - Colgate. this powder is white and very nice flavour. Your teeth shall remain white and also shine. use 2 times daily

there are so many ad's on T.V for that! Choose one and if doesn't work(probably not) then go to a dentist to get a professional job done. Expensive but worth it.

i think baking soda helps. make sure you do not swallow any it. Do this and you shud see the results soon.
also try lemon. as it is a natural bleach, it will take of the stains
