I want to know why? what can be done to remove it. can plastic surgery fix this issue. thank you for your help.

It's normal just look at the bold dudes no matter what age they are.

How old are you?
Did you ever have a head injury?
Any blackout periods?

Plastic surgery will probably leave a scar, but you might be able to find a good surgeon.

it's because your head moves back & forth & up & down. If your skin couldn't move it would split open every time you moved! Everyone has one, they just don't all shave their heads!
