ok so we went and met our new neighbors not too long ago and the boy is so hot and i want to get to know him but i'v never really talked to him and dont know what to say so can some one helh mr out?

Start off with small talk. Since he's your neighbor you'll most likely bump into him more often than not. If the small talk goes well then see if you can escalate it to a date or just to hang out somewhere.

Just start by saying hi, or go over to his house & ask his help with something (homework? Are you still at school?) Break the ice. Are you new to the neighbourhood or is he? Offer him help to settle into the neighbourhood, or ask him where is a good place to hang out etc. Just bite the bullet, you've got nothing to lose!

Well is this boy is hott and new, you know you have to go for him and fast. Your probaly the only one who has really noticed him so if your looking for something to say, ask him about his old town, and show him around yours. If that doesn't work then you can always go for the "Let him come to you approach". Do whatever you have to to get him to notice you without making it look like your desperate!
