Well my garbage pick-up service has me another lady by the
same name and we live in the same town we have even gotten
bill charges that was not ours that they had to get straiten out by
using certain personable I.D"s. My mom goes to this doctors
office where there is 7 women that have the same name and
she has to give them about 5 personal I.D. information when she calls to make an appointment.

Actually having 2 people with the same name is very common we just call them by their names. When my kids were in school there was another mom with my same name(both first and last) her husband also had the same name as mine, 2 of her sons were named the same as mine and we lived 2 blocks apart. It was only our third child each that were named differently ,hers was a girl and mine was another boy, so the school identified us by the teachers and the 3 kids, I was Alex's mom and she was Serena's mom.

i'm fairly at a loss for words by way of your question. that's uncomplicated for 2 human beings to have the comparable call because of the fact first names and final names get used repeatedly returned. to dodge human beings from having precisely the comparable call, we are given a midsection call besides. as quickly as we are born we are given a beginning certificates putting forward while and the place we've been born, giving us a diffrent id. and we are able to take this id and use it to get a social inurense variety as quickly as we are older. A SIN variety is our own id that no one else has.

You can be called whatever you like - many people are only refered to by their 'nickname' ie a name that either they or someone else has made up for them.
Or for example if you are both called Mohamed - one of you could be refered to as Mohamed Senior or less formal one could be called Mo. Or you came make up another name. In the Forces it is very common for people to be called 'Slim' , 'Ginger' 'Snowy' or whatever!
