Probably the biggest concern is Legionella, which causes Legionnaire's Disease. This has actually been the cause of several nosocomial infections in hospitals. (To read more about this, check out www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1034/j.1600-0463.2003.1110503.x?cookieSet=1&journalCode=apm).
Also mentioned in that article are various species of Mycobacteria, which is the same family of bacteria which contains the causative organism for tuberculosis (although the article mentions only "nontuberculous mycobacteria" as having been isolated from showerheads).
Other genera/species include: Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Serratia (often responsible for the pink or black color in the toilet or shower), Sphingomonas, and Methylobacterium (users.seas.wustl.edu/angenent/research/ShrCurt-final.pdf).
Btw, mold and mildew are fungi, not bacteria.

mold, calcium deposits, lime, sometimes rust, mildew would be the most common ones. It's serious for your health, showers need to be kept up or you could get really sick. Hope this helps!
