I do alot of things to stay fit!
1) SLEEP and stress management. You can read about these two more here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweekb.htm

3) I exercise!!! I am on the treadmill runing 5 days a week for 30-45 mins each session and I do about 45 minutes of weight training 3 days a week.
4) I stretch every night for 10-15 minutes.
5) I drink ALOT of water...over 2 liters a day
6) I NEVER EVER EVER eat sugar. I treat it like the poison that it is!

A lot, I always take the stairs instead of the elevator, drink water, don't smoke, have sex EVERYNIGHT, take my vitamins, clean my kitchen floor by hand, (it gets cleaner and is a great arm workout), and just stay generally active.

I watch what i eat. i try to eat higher fiber, less fat, lower glycemic foods.
Also, regular exercise. i try to go to the gym 3 times/week for 20-30 min. i do cardio & a weight circuit.

i use my bicycle to get to work and do my shopping..,that keeps me in shape..
