Adobe Photoshop and all Adobe products are not open source so it's impossible to tell in which language it is written. It most surelly is C++, since it's the industry standard but this doesn't mean other languages hadn't been used.
If you want to see some sample source code, try gimp. It's open source and at some extent is similar to photoshop.

C++ and there is no sourse code for Adobe or any commercial applications

echo the others since the program is pattented, source code for it is like asking coca cola to give up their secret formula.


you may want to look into GIMP. its a similar software but released under the GNU license (meaning you can have access to the source code)
