A twin size bed is really small. It's only big enough for 1 person, a full size bed is a little bit bigger and you can fit 2 people on there. If you were wondering which one to choose I would pick the full size because even if the bed is just for you, you will still have plenty of room to move around in the bed and not feel claustrophobic.

Full is the same as a double bed, smaller than a quenn by just a little width. Twin is a single size bed big enough only for 1 person, or two extremely small people. 2 adults can sleep in a twin but don't plan to roll over or you'll roll off!

Twin is made for one person and full is about 1&1/2 the size. Still for one really but 2 can fit if your not huge people.
