How many times does it have to be said? There is no magic bullet! No diet pill that works! All diet pills come with a diet and exercise plan, silly. Eat right and exercise. That's the only way to take it off. And remember, it took months to put it on...it will take months to lose it too.

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. Ephedrine diet pills are really dangerous, stay away from them. However, I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

Don't take pills. They are not good for you.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Diet pills are crap. I did diet pills...they mess with your heart. I also did weight watchers, and Nutria System. The only thing you can do is cut back on what you eat. DRINK WATER. Don't eat after 7:30 - 8 at night. And the biggest thing is you must exercise! It is the key to weight loose. I lost 100 pounds all by exercise and cutting back. It is the first time I never gained it back. I still eat ice cream, but I don't eat it often. I treat myself every once in a while so I don't binge and want to eat every fating thing in the kitchen in one hour.

My husband won't listen to me he and he is gaining weight. He won't drink water. He eats after 8. And he doesn't exercise. He blames it on my cooking. I asked him then why haven't I gained weight in the past 2 years?

You can do it...it just takes time to do it the correct way! In other words you don't want to diet the rest of your life...you want to just change your thinking. I now think that food is just fuel for my body. I you won't want to over fill your gas for you car. Well you don't want to over fill your body either. Eat slower. It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to send a signal to your brain that it is full. If you feel full and there is still food on your plate...hay that is what glad ware if for.

I would not recommend diet pills to anyone. They mess with heartrate, and that can be dangerous.

any. some may let you lose quick but temporary. some may not at all... and some can make you sick :(
