MS SEXEY,

As half the universe has already said to you there are a few key factors first of all:

YOUR JUDGES PERSONALITY AND HOW HE OR SHE PERCEIVES YOU!

THE STATE LAW VIRTUALLY EVERYWHERE ALLOWS THE JUDGE MANY OPTIONS. THERE ARE NO TRULY MANDITORY THINGS THAT A JUDGE ABSOULUTELY MUST POSITIVELY SENTENCE ONE TO!

THE JUDGE REALLY RULES THE COURT AND MAKES THE CALL REGARDLESS!

YOU CAN GET OFF WITH A WARNING IF THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME OR YOU CAN DO TIME IF YOU SHOW A BAD ATTITUDE TO THE COURT (THE JUDGE)!

I RECOMMEND BEING EXTREMELY COURTEOUS NO MATTER WHAT IS SAID! BE POLITE, BE STRAIGHT FORWARD!

LOOK THE JUDGE IN THE EYES DO NOT LOOK DOWN AT THE FLOOR!

GOOD LUCK!

APS

That depends on the state and what offense it is. I know people that go in long enough to sober up, others go in and are bonded out as soon as they are booked. Then depending on the offense they could get anywhere from 3 days to 6 months where I live. First offense here you lose your license for 60 days. Sometimes depending on the county the number of days in jail can be served every other weekend 48 hours at a time.

depends on the state and how leniant the judge is. for example in MA you rarely get jail time for the first offense. you are fined around $2400 total and your lic is suspended for a month and a half. if you are a repeat offender you can get 90 days in jail, a lot of times the judge suspends the sentence. we just had a guy with his 15th offense who got his lic revoked for life, can't ever register a vehicle in MA again, and is spending 5 years in jail.

Varies. Where I live 1st offense is loss of license for 1 year and possible 30 days custody. 2nd offense is 3 months in jail and 5 year ban from driving. 3rd is 1 year and loss of license indefinitely.

if it is your first offense, have an attorney ask for an A.R.D accelerated rehabilitation and the "d". i am not sure of but a friend of mine got this through his attornies and he had his record clear(exspunged*spelling*) the deal with this is one has to complete a one whole year without adding more to their records, no arrest,no DUI, no nothing but good behavior. This happned in the state of Pennslvania, f.y.i

it varies by the offense, the seriousness of how they came to be charged and how many prior DUI's they have ... it could amount to a few years

misdemeanors carry a maximum sentence not to exceed one year

felonies carry a minimum sentence of one year and a day

Depends on what (geographical) state you're in and what, if any, priors you have. First offense with no record, probably none to a few days.

it depends on how many offenses...usually the 2nd offense is about 30 days...but 1st is a warning and 3 days

Depends. Is this a first offense? Your question is too vague for an answer.
