In the state of Texas, the child gets to pick which parent they want to live with, however the final determination is still up to the courts.
You will be able to explain to the court which one you want to live with. The court will then take that into consideration when ruling on the custody issues.

It depends on the law in your state, but you may have the right to say "No" to visiting your dad. In Kansas, a child over 13 years of age begins to have more say in custody and visitation. However, my research material goes on to say that if the child's arguement is valid and convincing enough, then the Judge may listen. It's not 100% guaranteed. Your best bet is to talk to both of your parents, and be "grown-up" about your wishes. If your dad is totally set against not seeing you, then you may have to go to Court and make your argument in front of the Judge -- but, there again, there's not guarantee that the Judge will listen. Worst case scenario is that your dad and the Judge won't listen, and you have to wait it out until you're 18.

Yes, you do, sweetheart. And no court will force you to do visitation against your will. In most states, you have your own legal opinion regarding this by 12.
But if you still refuse to go, and nobody else is forcing you not to, there is nothing any court can do to punish you. They won't send you to detention, because you didn't break any law.
Good luck

Well yes and no, it all depends on what the court says. Since you are still a minor, your mother and the courts can say where you can live.

it depends who has legal custody of you (this can be changed in a court of law).
But Just go.
If the cops hall you back to your moms then file for a day in court.
