Without the kind of equipment to repair the pole of replace it there is not much you can do. These poles are usually the property of the utility company and they will do the repairs. If it is private you will have to call an electrical contractor to get a permit.

I took one out in NY, it was a Holiday (time and a half) and it had a transformer on it.
That cost a little over $5,000.

Just the lack of it. I think the Dark Elf and the Centaur better hurry with my coffee. I like it and the line "As I mumble, grumble, growling...." I don't get to the next line until the second cup of coffee.
