I vote....just get toned. You are a decent weight for your height. Maybe you can get 5lbs lighter, but with weight training, that should be easy. I would focus on toning with weights and keeping an eye on what you are eating. I lost 54 lbs (you can see my before and after picture here http://www.healthandstrength.net ) and I found that using weights was the best thing that I could have done, next to my diet of course. My 5 favorite ab exercises, that I noticed the hugest difference from are here http://www.healthandstrength.net/abexe.htm and don't forget that you need to take a day's rest between workouts so your muscles can repair. Make sure you take a good protein shake or something high in protein after your workouts. I would say to lift weights 2 -3 times a week and give yourself time. Most people notice results in as little as three weeks, but to REALLY get a hot bod like all the ones you see, that takes months, so be consistant and stay strong!

Diet Pills do not work.
Change your eating habits. You can work out 2 hours a day everyday and not loose weight due to what you are eating.
Even have meal replacements like bars, or shakes. Never miss a meal either. And, the more cardio you do, the better! Do at lease 20 minutes a day. Palates, Yoga, aerobics and stretches are great!
Eat healthy and keep moving. But get lots of rest as well. Drink lots of water too!
Hope this helps.

I think, that in you situation you shouldn't focus on losing weight but on getting fitter. Remember if you increase your muscle mass and don't gain wait, you are, in fact getting thinner, even if the scale doesn't acknowledge it. After I summer of doing manual labour, I lost only two lbs, but I also dropped an entire dress size. This is probably the guaranteed best way of gaining muscle, because you have no choice.
As for working out, it takes time before results show up and it also takes time to build up endurance and it's very easy to get discouraged. Work out to be healthy and don't start off too hard because you'll likely hurt yourself and get frustrated. Otherwise, try to walk everywhere, take the stairs and haul your own groceries and water softener salt
Don't focus on eating less, because you don't need to and you'll just make yourself hungry and miserable, just try and focus eating a bit bitter and making yourself healthier.

I think we are looking at your body mass index (BMI) here. Given your weight for your height, I think it's adequate and healthy for you. Unless psychologically you think you are overweight. Are you experiencing poor self image or poor self esteem? Do you starve yourself and exercise excessively to keep yourself slim? Are you probably a teenager? You may consider a condition called Anorexia nervosa. Get to see your doctor. About skin toning, 2% hydroquinone lotion might help, but be careful. Ask your doctor for advice.
