The Magners has more alcohol if that is your question.
If you drank a bottle an hour of either you would NEVER get drunk.
If you drank 4 bottles of Magners in an hour you would be legless

If you can get there on 10 bottles of either you are lucky and cheap to keep. I would start off with a half bottle of Vodka ( or a bottle of good cough medicine like Benylin if money is a bit tight )then throw the cider down your neck with a couple of really cold vodka chasers. That should hold you for a while...ps if you are going to throw up have a good long drink of orange juice..it won't stop you puking but it tastes the same coming out as going in.Happy boozing.

On the Becks you would consume 137.5ml of alcohol,
drinking Magners you would consume 211ml of alcohol, so getting on for double the amount...
For comparison, 10 single vodka and cokes would be 100ml of alcohol.

The strength counts, so 10 bottles of becks should get you more drunk because of the ethanol level (alcohol). It also depends on the age and drinking ability of the person!

its the volume of alcohol you comsume, that means the Magners would make you drunker as its only 20% less alcohol, but you would be drinking some 80% more of it

Neither. It is the quantity which counts. The quantity of alcohol is calculated as follows 5% of 2750ml=137.5ml. 4.5% of 4700ml= 211.5, so the megners it is, by 74ml. Are you really going to drink nearly 5 liters?
