I would not use Gardenier it has oils in it that cake on ur hair. Its not good for it. Use tressmi (Sp) for split ends. It works really well. And if you notice any split ends between hair cuts, just wet ur hair and use hair cutting siccors to snip the ends right off. Get someone to help you in the back : ) good luck.

Cut the ends and use some shampoo and conditioner (a must) with Pro Vitamin like Pantene.

My advice is to use a salon professional shampoo and a good conditioner. They truly are better for your hair than anything you can get at the grocery store. Also, use a heat protector on the ends of your hair. I use Protect and Shine serum by Joico and it has worked wonders for my hair!

Don't use a lot of heat on the hair and don't use products with alcohol because its drying. You should get your hair trimmed every 6 weeks.
